1. Introduction
Welcome to Transactional! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our various websites, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services (collectively, the "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Transactional is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to manage, generate, and send PDF documents based on user-provided templates. The platform includes a template editor and an application programming interface (API) that allows users to integrate PDF generation and management features into their own applications or workflows. Access to the platform requires a paid subscription.
3. Access and Subscription
a. Subscription: To access Transactional, you must purchase a subscription. Different subscription plans and pricing tiers are available, which may be updated from time to time.
b. Account Registration: You must register for an account to use Transactional. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
c. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
4. Use of the Service
a. Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not use the Services to create, distribute, or manage materials that are illegal, offensive, or that infringe upon the rights of others.
b. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Content that you create, transmit, or display while using the Services and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage which Transactional may suffer) by doing so.
5. Payment Terms
a. Fees: By subscribing to Transactional, you agree to pay the specified fees. Fees are billed in advance on a periodic basis (as per the chosen subscription plan) and are non-refundable.
b. Non-payment: Failure to pay may result in the temporary suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
6. Termination and Suspension
a. By Transactional: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity is suspected, or if you breach these Terms.
b. By You: You can terminate your Transactional account at any time; however, you will not be refunded for any period of subscription that you have paid for.
7. Changes to Terms and Services
Transactional reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Transactional provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that Transactional is not responsible for any failure to store, transmit, or delete data or for the corruption or loss of any data, information, or Content contained in the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
